I sold my Pioneer Elite plasma thanks to the glint, and was longing for a CCFL backlit LCD, however wasn't impressed with the choice this year (wanted CCFL backlit as I own a Samsung 46B750 LCD from 2009, and therefore the image is spectacular). you'll typically see reviews of edge lit LED's state problems with clouding or flashlighting and uneven backlighting.
