Below is my initial review, but I even have modified my opinion. Mitsubishi WD-60738 TV appeared virtually too excellent initially, but currently has some terrible artifacts within the image. On sure channels, the darker color are everywhere the place checking out color. I see graininess and color shifting. I conceive to come inside my thirty day amount and am disappointed as I initially had high hopes for this TV. My previous SONY rear projection LCD had none of those problems. I had thought it had been my signal or cables, but that wasn't the case.

Purchased this unit when an previous SONY rear projection LCD began to fail. though I've seen poor reviews on the future sustainability of DLP, i feel the technology has come back an extended means within the last number of years, and Mitsubishi would not be selling a nasty product. The TV arrived in mere a couple of days and was just about 'plug and play.' The FIOS box and DVD put in simply.
Then I noticed atiny low black line within the bottom left of the image. It appeared that a part of the frame was projecting in front of the projector inflicting a shadow. I known as Mitsubishi service and inside a pair of days a tech came out and stuck the problem. nice response time.
The picture is superb and has numerous settings to regulate. it is so smart, it shows all the imperfections within the commonplace def channels that my SONY did not. The sound was terrible initially, but when fooling around with the set
