I am an a/v nut. My alternative TV may be a ten foot projector. i really like this TV. the image appearance fantastic. It makes my 60"" phillips I had look terrible. I actually have not purchased the converter box for the 3d however it's coming back soon. The audio is nice. The remote isn't nice however i exploit dish network's remote anyways.
There are some MINOR critiques. I will say is it takes over 10 seconds to start out up on every occasion you switch it on, for the projector within it to light the bulb. You get used to it, and it's not a giant issue. the opposite issue is that the screen (which is extremely sensible at not casting reflections with it's matte finish) is flat within the center however includes a slight crown within the corners, that is visible if you are looking for the matte reflection (as it's very well hidden, and solely seen once you hunt for screen's reflection).
Where else are you getting to notice 73"" of screen at this price? And it's unbelievable wanting additionally.

Please keep in mind, Mitsubishi's DLP isn't like an LCD, LED OR Plasma. so to this point my expertise with LCD'S & PLASMAS is, despite where or what proportion light-weight is in your tv space it's crystal clear HDTV. Mitsubishi WD-73638 being my initial expertise with DLP is nice it's like your at the flicks everyday. cannot beat it. But,please note, ""YOU should HAVE OR create A MOVIE ROO
