First, the kit includes Shrek one, a pair of and 3; all of them remastered in 3D. Having watched Shrek a pair of already I will tell you that they did a wonderful job with each the 3D and therefore the image quality normally.
The kit additionally includes a voucher for Shrek Forever when by mail. Sadly the wait time is kind of long (8-12 weeks!).
